How to Maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle
Leading a healthy lifestyle is undeniably the is important duty we owe ourselves. As the saying goes, ‘If you do not have good health, you do not have wealth’. A healthy lifestyle means maintaining a balanced and nutritious diet as well as engaging in sports or other fitness related activities. A healthy diet alone however is inadequate to ensure a healthy body as physical activity helps to keep one in shape and free of sickness and disease.
First way to maintain good health, we need to eat a balanced diet. The food must contain the different classses of food such as fats, proteins, vitamins, carbohydrate and minerals to together fiber. We should consume more vegetables, fruits and whole grains. Include whole grains such as oatmeal, whole wheat bread and brown rice as they are good sources of carbohydrate. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. As such one should take three servings of fruit and vegetables with vitamin supplements and fibers to ensure we stay healhy. Beside, the intake of salt, oil, fat, sugar, carbonated and caffeine drinks must be reduced.
Beside that, We must also exercise regularly to maintain good health. Exercise is regular or repeated use of a faculty or bodily organ, bodily exertion for the sake of developing and maintaining physical fitness. For example, join a gym or find a sport that we like such futsal, tennis and others. This exercise reduce stress, which greatly affect how we look. Next, we can also fit physical activities into our daily routine such as walk or cycle or jog to meet our friend instead of going to meet them by car. Hence, doing these activities for thirty minutes every day keeps us fit and cheerful.
Furthermore, Eating right and participating in physical activities, regardless of the type, are important aspects of maintaining overall health and fitness. To maintain a healthy lifestyle we need rest and sufficient sleep about eight or nine hours a day. It will help us stay healthy without any problems such as drowsy at work. Then, practicing yoga is a mental and physical therapy to relieve stress. Stress reduction is one of the most important thing for improve our health and looks.
Finally, water is vital for our healthy. Water is the most important and abundant inorganic compound in all living systems. For example, Drinking water after exercise helps us to replace the fluids lost during physical activity to ensure we stay properly hydrated. When we work up a sweat during exercise, our body loses large amounts water which can lead to dehydration if we don't replace them by drinking water and other fluids. Although humans might be able to survive for weeks without food, without water we would die in a matter of days. Nearly all the body’s chemical reactions occur in a watery medium. Water has many properties that make it such as indispensable compound for life.
In conclusion, leading a healthy lifestyle is a conscious decision. We should make healthy eating and physical activities fun and habitual, for example by trying out new sports, games and other activities as well as new food. In doing so, we will grow stronger stay active longer, look and feel better and ensures a longer life span as well as a life free of disease and complications.

Teenagers Don't Smoke
Smoking is one of the worst things teenagers can do to theor bodies. Yet every day, almost 5000 teenagers under age of try smoking for the first time. This habit usually begins at school when teens try to experiment with every new thing that they can lay their hands on.
No wonder, tabacco companies speed billions of dollar every year on advertisements and other ways to make sure that these young people start smoking and buying their product. Every packet of cigars or cigarettes has a warning inscribed in it: cigarette smoking is injurious to health." Yet the smoker never reads this warning and even if he reads it he never pays heed to it. The companies count on them to become hooked for it keeps in them in bussiness.
Cigarette smoke contains thousands of chemical substances, many of which have been linked to the development of diseases. Chemical substances occur in cigarette smoke as gases or as particals. For example, Nicotine and dozens of the other poisons chemicals in tabacco can cause illness like heart problem and certain kind of cancer. Some of these illness take years to develop but others can show up right away.
Generally, smoking makes a teenager's body less fit and more susceptible. For example, teenagers who smoke are much more likely to get a cold on preumonia. Each time they like up, it hurts their heart, lungs and brain. And the longer the smoke, the worse the damage becomes.
Smoking has such a long list of bads points that wonders why teenagers smoke. Along with bad breath and stinky hair and clothes, smoking makes it harder to run and to play sports. It also cause a difficulty for blood to move in the body. In addition, their teeth become yellow, and it's hard to get the stains removed. Smokers also get many more wrinkles than non-smokers and this is only to name a few effects.
Smokers of often feel tired and cranky and cannot think quickly, not surprisingly, there are more likely to get in trouble in school and get lower grades. There are also more likely to lie to their friends or their parents about their activities, what they do and how they spend their money. Therefore, smoking not only brings about health problems but may also develop undesirable traits. Teen smoker can become lazy, irresponsible and dishonest.

Myself
On 3rd January 1994, at 6:10 am I was born in Taiping Hospital. This is the first time I saw a beautiful world. I feel thankful that was born into this world and have a parent who cared for me with love. Without my parents there is no I in this world. I would like to say a millions of thank to my parent and i love them so much.
Stop talking about the year 1994, now we are in the year 2012. My full name is Mohamad Imran Bin Mohd Nasir. But my parent and friends call me "Imran", because i feel comfortable with that call. I'm just turned 18 years old last January. I'm the third child of five siblings. Sadly, my sister has passed away of leukemia disease. She passed away on march 2007. Now I only have four siblings, which my brother and two sisters.
My brother name is Mohamad Ikhwan Bin Mohd Nasir. He still studying at University Technology Malaysia in course land surveying. After my brother is me, I'm form 6 student from Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Kamunting. Then, my two younger sisters name is Nur Hayati Binti Mohd Nasir and Nur Dini Bin Mohd Nasir. They school at Sekolah Kebangsaan Long Jaafar.
Finished talking about my siblings, now let's talk about my parents. My father name Mohd Nasir Bin Mt Isa and my mother name is Zahurin Binti abdullah. My father is self-employed while mother is full-time housewife. My father is a firm person in educating children but love to make funny with her children. Meanwhile, my mother is a caring and firm in religious education.
I feel fortunate to live in malaysia because malaysia is a peaceful country. In Malaysia, i live in Perak Darul Ridzuan. Perak state is a heritage city that has diversity of races, religions and cultures, a stable and peaceful environment and It is rich of cultural heritage.
Finally, tet's talk about my hobbies. My hobby is playing futsal and I will go out with my friends went to play futsal. Playing futsal game is a healthy activity and fun to play together. I also enjoy reading interesting books, watching action movies, hanging out with my friends but I don't have much time to hanging out with my friends now, because I sacrificed my free time to learn. Beside that, I also like surfing the Internet to read about sports and I like all about sports especially football.
At this moment my goal to get good results in STPM and I hope I will get the best knowledge's and the necessary skills that will shape me in my life. Hence, sometimes I've had a hard time since there are a lot of challenges as well. But even so, I've tried to look in a positive side. In order to improve my work performance and myself, I believe there are still many things I have to learn, and need to strive for having a better life in the future.
Pollution
"We did not inherit the environment from our ancestors, rather we borrow it from future generations. therefore, care for the environment so our children and grandchildren can enjoy it. Mahatma Gandhi's words are enough to prove that the environment is the most valuable assets that need to be taken care of its interests. Along the flow globalization, each of us would want the best environmental conditions and beautiful and development assets beyond our consciousness towards the environment. Thus, the paradigm shift should be done so that the causes of the environment can be avoided.
Environmental pollution can be divided into three things, namely air pollution, water pollution and noise pollution. Air pollution provide heterogeneous impact to humans if garbage and toxic waste directly thrown into the main source of water flow consisting of rivers and the sea. Accumulated rubbish will block the water flow and contributing to the water reservoir. Thus, this potential to cause flash floods. Beside that, toxic waste and oil from the factory causing disturbed ecosystems of marine organisms when transmitted to the river and the sea. Water pollution is also an explicit impact on human health because it seems to be a way of spreader diseases such as cholera and dengue. Ironically, all people should avoid attitude not responsible and start caring for the environment.
In addition, greedy soul of the human like housing developers is still lacking because still thinking about profit only. So, this forgetfulness causes air pollution. This is because the more trees are felled to provide field to progress the development. Air pollution occurs when carbon dioxide gas released by human cannot be absorbed by flora because of depleting. housing construction in hillside areas should be terminated because of past events, landslide tragedy in Bukit Antarabangsa in 2009 to be a clear indicator that this case should not be manifested.
Furthermore, problem of environmental pollution including noise pollution. This case focuses more on the houses in industrial areas. Many complaints are published in the media when the peace of population disturbed by noise from manufacturer of palm oil mills and others. Due to the problem, smoke released by the factories without filtering will cause air pollution. Therefore, manufacturers must be innovative and pragmatic so that contamination can be constrained.
So, if the pollution continues to threaten the beauty of the environment, we must consider the most effective methods so that pollution not happen again. Steps can be taken is the preservation and conservation our environment. This method can improve the content of oxygen in the air other than hold the ground from collapsing in the event of planting on the slopes of the hill made progressively. Thus, housing developers who are still rigid carrying out projects in areas that are not approved should be severely punished. Moreover, this case to elevate their awareness that the environment is very important. To ensure that this step is achieved, local authorities should make regular observations.
In a nutshell, all parties should be synergistic to the environment to maintain its beauty. We should know that if the environment continues to be contaminated, will it affect the next generation of environmental significance to the community in the world

Malaysian Open House Culture
Recently, 'Open House' culture to be common among people of Malaysia when the major festival days. The culture of open house in Malaysia should be continued and maintained because a lot benefits. With open house, facilitate we to visit family members,friends, neighbours and relatives because because the date has been set. Next, This practice certainly strengthen the relationship and unity among members of the community. This matter would be create a society that lives in peace and harmony.
Diversity of races, religions and cultures is a significant characteristic of our nation. Malaysia is a multiracial country with a rich cultural heritage. Unique to Malaysia is the 'Open House' culture where during the various cultural and religious festival like Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, Gawai Day and others, friends and families and even strangers would visit the homes of those who are celebrating the festival, to wish them well and enjoy the feast prepared by the hosts. Although the visitors may be from different races, they still can tolerate with each other and live under the same roof where they celebrate the festival together. This will help to strengthen the ties among themselves.
The open house culture will strengthen unity among the racial in our country. While attending the open house, the guests will to mingle with other guests. Thus, of course this will allow them to mingle and understanding of each other. Therefore, indirectly unity and understanding among the guests who are from various backgrounds will be able to be strengthened. It is clear that open house culture in Malaysia held every year has many benefits.
Beside that, while attending the open house, the guests which consists from different races will understand the culture and customs of other races. they celebrate the festival together, although their different backgrounds, cultures and religions. For example, the Malays, Chinese, Indian, Iban, Kadazan will celebrate Hari Raya, China New Year, Deepavali day along with the Malays and vice versa. In fact, they will be able to learn the culture and customs of other races and try to understand. This will certainly create a healthy culture in a multiracial society in our country.
besides goodness, there are also disadvantages of the open house. For example, a problem to take care of at the open house which was held. This is because of the attitude of the guests who has attend, which do not care about cleanliness. They did not care for hygiene and throwing rubbish,food scraps or food parcels in over the place. this will cause problems when the open house was ended and trouble the organizers to clean up all rubbish. Thus, This matter must be looked so that the guests will take care of hygiene and did not discolour the place.
Finally, the other disadvantages is there is the selfish and disregard the other person. In this case, this will cause problems and inconvenience to others who were present during the occasion. There are guests who frantic while taking food and greed take a lot of food. If they finish the food definitely is not a problem , but if they do not finish the meal ? This matter certainly cause wastage occurs, whereas there are others who may not get food.
In conclusion, the culture of open house should be understood in depth by all parties. Malaysia is unique that it has diversity of races, religions and cultures, a stable and peaceful environment. Those are important characteristic of our nation. It is rich of cultural heritage.

Healthy Lifestyle
Healthy lifestyle can be defined as a way of life that has positive impact to a person and society. Example of healthy lifestyle is we can live joyfully without any problems that can be effecting our life. In the modern of life, there have many pressure of healthy lifestyle which is a goal to be achieved immediately. Therefore, there are many ways that can be done to achieve that goals.
The first step is we need to practicing a form of healthy diet in our lives. In the real life, many people love to eating junk food and fatty foods which has salt, sugar and high sodium glutamate. In this case, variety of chronic diseases can be easily obtained such as heart attack, high blood pressure or diabetes is also the highest cause of death in our country. The people also need to keeping away from bad habits such as smoke or drinking alcohol because its effects are harmful. It is clear that a balanced diet to allow us to achieve a happy life because all nutrients we need in body is obtained by a balanced diet.
Beside that, activity of exercising regularly can be make our life more healthy and cheerful. For example, we can carry out activities such as sports, recreation and jogging with family or friend every weekend. Exercise activities like that has been acknowledged by medical specialists and can be able make our immune system high. People who like sports are usually have a healthy body and active minds compared with those who do not like sports. In fact, the more exercise we do, the higher the level of healthy we obtain because our minds come from a healthy body.
Furthermore, the public must also priority personal hygiene at all times to ensure they are protected from various diseases. Basic needs like brushing teeth, bath, wearing clean clothes, bedtime and rest enough should be the practice in daily lives. In order to prevent from infection or disease, we need to priority culture of self-discipline with the basic of cleanliness such as wash hands thoroughly before eating, cover the food properly and others. Complacent attitude of the society in this aspect may be fatal. Hence, this practice should be preferred to a healthy lifestyle in community.
In addition, healthy lifestyle also involves psychological and social aspects of a person. We should be open and willing to share our problems with people we closely compared with individuals who prefer to keep their problems alone. The attitude of friends and spend time with them make human psychology filled with the effective. The society are encouraged to friendly communication with their friends and neighbours. Enduring relationships usually able to produce a form of a happy life and cheerful. Indeed, psychological and social aspects of humanity must be filled to obtain healthy lifestyle.
Finally, at the same time a positive attitude or mentality important to be held by a person to deal with the pressures of life in the modern era. Positive thinking makes a person able to solve many of the rot with a good life without stress. In modern life is full of challenges, especially the pressure in the office requires a positive perception of the community members. to those who face pressures, they may be able to get help from specialists motivation or friends around them. This case, help from experts motivation can help us from trapped into negative behavior such as abuse, drug addiction or doing something unexpected. Thus, The more positive mindset then the higher a person healthy lifestyle who is able to achieve future.

A healthy lifestyle also is achieved if the people to practice all aspects of life based on the characteristics of a healthy human.
